The Brewery of Bouillon

The Brewery of Bouillon is a nice brewery set up on the heights of Bouillon. Among the beers that are brewed there, there is notably the delicious "Cuvée de Bouillon" (a lager that has re-fermented in its bottle, not filtered with 6,5% alcohol) and two malt beers: "La Médiévale" (amber beer that has re-fermented in its bottle, not filtered with 6% alcohol) and la Bouillonnaise (Brown beer , made of four different malts, that has re-fermented in its bottle, with 7% alcohol). You must absolutely taste them!
