Bridge "de la Blanche"

The bridge was destroyed by the Germans in 1944 despite the resistance and built again after the war just before the railway was closed.

The name Pont de la Blanche comes from the name of the she-owner of a little pub nearby the slate mines that disapprared when the railway was built
