La Forgerie

The establishment is managed by one of the children of the former blacksmith, Lionel Bouvy, and his wife Lydia Drumel, a Sedan woman trained at the Hotel School of Bouillon. Her husband was trained in Libramont and went through the Priory of Conques, the Prince of Liège in Gembloux and the Roches fleuries in Frahan. It is he who provides the service in the dining room, his wife taking care of the stoves. The setting is pleasant with an open fire, stained glass windows offering a very special light and a beautiful terrace open to the street in good weather. French cuisine.
