Description
Departing from the centre of Paliseul, this walk takes you to the Bois du Defoy. This 300-hectare forest boasts some remarkable trees.
Here you can admire a splendid stand of Douglas fir, planted in 1905 from American seedlings. The finest specimen at Le Defoy is 3.72 metres in circumference (in 2006).
